One of the reasons I fell in love with our home was because of this beautiful sunroom, which now serves as my private office and healing space.
Imagine yourself sitting here, whether in-person or via Zoom; warm breeze, filtered sunlight, fresh cut grass wafting in the air, birds chirping, wind chimes tinkling… All creating the safe, nurturing space you need to open your senses and your heart; where the most work is accomplished.
Our time together will consist of a combination of healing modalities consisting of one or more of the following: talk therapy, aromatherapy, touch and movement therapy, sound therapy, energy clearing and healing.
Whatever you are called to talk about and feel, I will meet you exactly where you are and slowly help you move the energy and your mindset into a direction full of possibilities.

Use the unlimited potentiality of your imagination to design the life you most want to enjoy! You will learn how to harness the power of creative thought so you can begin to design and build your life from the ground up. Each week we will focus on a different topic, from who-what-where you are now to who-what-where you want to BECOME.
Unit 2: Match Your Frequency to the Reality You Want
Everything you could ever imagine ALREADY EXISTS. So what we must do is learn how to BE the frequency of that which you want to create. This 4 topic unit is going to change how you FEEL into everything you think and do forever!
Unit 3: Vision and Inspired Action Will Change Your World
Inspired action is the engine driving you to CREATE everything you want to Do, Be, and Have. Tuning in to your innate magic, that inner voice, gut feeling, intuition, will be at the core of our final weeks together. Learn how to read the signs and synchronicity as you take step after step toward your future (which in turn becomes your present – for there is only ever the present moment).
